Safe spot that is walkable to restaurants and shops!
The house was located in a great location. Several restaurants and boutiques were located on the same block. It was nice that each bedroom had it's own full bath. However, with it being an older house the central air conditioning had a hard time keeping the rooms cool.
As advertised, and a great deal for four individuals, each with their own bedroom and bathroom, given the location. This historic building is kept clean and well maintained. Great mattresses and very clean linen. The instructions were very clear and responses to questions were very timely. Checking in and out was very smooth and relatively little is needed from the renter. I would rent from Yourpad again.
