Designed for the perfect beach escape, the home features serene marsh views toward Sullivan’s Island, private outdoor living space, garage parking, and all the essentials for a relaxing, carefree stay.
Our spacious 4-floor home is ideal for groups of 6-8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 3 full and 1 half baths. Located just off of Ben Sawyer Blvd, location and parking won't be an issue here!
Accessed by its own entrance/exit, and up (interior) stairs, the home features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to enjoy a meal or spend time together. Dining table with 4-6 seats and living room with high ceilings, and the lounge space has a couch with a Queen-sized pull-out bed.
2 of the 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd-floor (3rd level in the building), with 2 full bathrooms and a full-size washer/dryer. One bedroom on this floor has a Queen-sized bed, the other has a bunk bed with a Queen-sized bed for the bottom, and a Single-sized bed for the top.
The 3rd-floor (4th level in the building) has a spacious master bedroom featuring a King size bed and daybed with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony.
Each of these bedrooms has its own flat-screen Roku-powered TV with Cable options. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on the 1st-floor (2nd level in the building).

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the house. It was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a great coastal feel. It was perfect for our family, and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient. The host was friendly and very responsive whenever we reached out. The only minor issue we experienced was that the handle on the kids’ bedroom door came off the first time we opened it. We didn’t mention it during our stay, so I’m sure it can be easily taken care of for future guests. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Charleston area.
This place was PERFECT for our trip down to Charleston!! There was plenty of space for 8 girls to get ready for the beach day and the night out on the town. Britton was so responsive and our stay was 10/10
