The Penthouse Suite is the entire upstairs of this Victorian dream. Complete with two king bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two twin bunk beds in the living area, this space sleeps up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped. Enjoy the amazing Charleston style porch as well. Off-street parking provided (a rarity downtown!). We offer high-speed WiFi and Smart TVs throughout. Queen Air Mattress + Additional Bedding (Available upon request) Potential for Noise: Due to the home’s historic character and close proximity to all the city has to offer, some road and city noise may be heard. Wonderful spot easy access to many great spots and a very comfortable house!
This property is a gem! Super stylish design/furnishings, clean, and well appointed. Walkable to coffee, restaurants, upper King Street. Would definitely stay here again!
We had a great stay at the Monroe! My daughter loved hanging out in the bunk beds. The beds were comfortable and we loved the updated bathrooms. Host was very responsive. It was walkable to so many restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!
