The area, Cannonsborough has so many small, quaint restaurants and bars. Beautiful old Charlestonian architecture everywhere. Very safe area to walk. Also only one block from King Street where are all the action is. Communication with the host is very easy if needed. You also get a parking spot right next to the house. They are doing some construction on Phillip which also occurs on Saturday morning, but we were already up and ready to go. There is also a great breakfast/coffee spot, at the end of the driveway too, Island Provisions."
