We had a great stay in Folly Beach at this house. Everything was as expected. It was nice to nap or read a book while relaxing on the day/trundle bed off the screened in porch. Sunsets were beautiful from the roof deck or backyard. The beach was only a few houses down and the nature preserve a short golf cart away. It was nice to have a little distance from town and easily accessible by golf cart. Car parking on premises was nice. The host was very responsive. Our car battery died and the host offered to send someone to give us a boost, but we were able to get a nice neighbor to help out. It was great that it was pet friendly. And, loved having the washer / dryer.
We loved our vacation! The house was cute and cozy. It was a little smaller than we thought and a little outdated but it fit our family's needs! We loved the outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. We also loved the dock and outdoor spaces! The host was very quick at responding and gave us clear instructions of how to enter the house when we arrived and what to do when we leave from our vacation. Overall it was a very nice stay:)
The location was great and less crowded than the middle of the island. The setup of the house was great as well as the outdoor deck. Everything in the house was functional but a whole lot of TLC is needed and the fragranced cleaners were a bit overwhelming especially if sensitive to scents.
