- **Anonymous**: "Every day n night animal poop was n front of villa..We first thought it was from a dog but after visibly seeing a racoon every night walking around which resulted in us having to be careful entering and exiting villa we figured it was raccoon poop. Even one of the winyah bay cleanup guys said it was raccoon poop..It was there several days before getting cleaned up n i was reaching out to them via telephone n messages. N it happened again the night prior to us leaving ..Even while checkin out we stilll saw the poop same place and as a matter of fact that time in several places surrounding the villa we stayed in..I sent pics so they were well aware of the issue..I was promised a total refund on clean up fees to which i have yet to see that adjustment."
