Perfect location with comfy beds and an attentive host!

We come to Charleston every few months and decided to try this place after seeing it online. The positives: very large space, easy to spread out and feel comfortable. We also thought it was very clean with comfy beds and plenty of amenities. Our downsides here were “on site parking”, which was actually in a parking garage down the block (albeit, a quick walk), but “on site” it is not- and definitely made lugging bags a bit of a nuisance. We had a few issues upon check in (wet towels and a clogged sink), which were both fixed after messaging the host promptly, but not an incredible first impression. We are from a city and street noise doesn’t bother us- what did bother us was the band across the street playing until midnight on a Tuesday/Wednesday night. We actually didn’t use one of the bedrooms because we couldn’t sleep. Some other things to note were very low water pressure, marks on all the walls, and loud neighbors. For the price, I expected a bit more. I’d say 7/10
