Located right on King Street with a Walk Score of 98, the city’s best dining, shops, and nightlife are at your doorstep and yet you’ll enjoy the comfort of a private yard and cozy, home-like charm.

The unit is made up of the entire first floor of the house and is a 2 bedroom unit with one full bath. The house was recently remodeled and is equipped with high end appliances and furniture. The living room, as well as both bedrooms have a Smart TV with basic cable and streaming apps like Netflix. There is an outdoor space with a picnic table and bikes for your use.

Guest will have full and private access to everything in this wonderful apartment. Everything in the house itself is high-end. From the appliances to the 50 inch flat screen. Full access to the private driveway as well with room for 2 cars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

They were very clear upfront about the construction, and yes it is very loud. Our kids in the back room were fine but the front room by the road is pretty loud. It is amazing having parking on site, but I’d keep in mind the street is very tight and busy and the driveway is very narrow if you have a large car. We would absolutely stay again!" (10/5)
