The listing does note that there is construction going on in the neighborhood mostly 8-5 or so. they are building a large, multistory building (maybe apartments?) directly across the street from the primary bedroom. The morning we woke up there, the trucks and heavy equipment started around 6:30 am. so if you’re a light or late sleeper,  bring earplugs. it wasn’t a problem for us because i wear sleeping earplugs every night and my husband is an early riser."
