Parking was a 10 minute walk and not onsite as alluded to in the description. The downstairs tenants partied until 3:30 in the morning 2 nights in a row & nothing was done to stop it and no compensation was given to us. The water pressure in most sinks and showers barely trickled out. It was difficult to bathe. We were allowed to use the downstairs unit’s parking spot our last night since no one was staying there. However, last minute someone came in & we were aggressively contacted at 9:30 at night to move our car. We were not able to move it, but they never should have even asked. It was easy for the new tenants to stay in our spot 10 minutes away & move the next morning when we left. Especially after how much we paid (3x normal rate due to graduation weekend) and losing multiple nights sleep when their other tenants threw parties multiple nights. I would not recommend this unit and I would never stay there again.
