The home felt very cozy, comfortable, and safe. The host was super friendly and amazing to work with. The parking at the house is a little tight so it’s important to bring smaller vehicles. Pros: The interior of the house is remodeled very nicely. Beds are very comfortable. Good space. Cons: The location is not as advertised. They claim Cannonborough/Elliotborough but the house is actually 1.5 blocks east of Kings Rd. You might think, no big deal, but that block makes a big difference. That block is not just under construction (still) but is completely run down. It & another house are the only 2 that aren't torn down on the street. It also has very shady characters walking up & down all day.
There's possibly mold in one bathroom & rotting wood in another. My son had an allergic reaction & we couldn't stay. We left after one day & asked for a partial refund. The company sent us a canned response about how sorry they were & would "talk to the owners". But every day sent us messages asking us how are stay was going after we had already left and they acknowledged our refund request." (4/5)
