The place is in a good walking area to most of the restaurants and shops. The bathrooms were very clean. The bedrooms were also very clean all the linens all the towels. Everything was perfect. However, in my personal opinion, the kitchen does need a bit updating. That is the only reason why I gave it a three star however the host was super diligent. There was a problem with the AC the night we got in and the very next morning it was fixed.
This Airbnb is truly in a wonderful location and having a parking spot downtown is wonderful. The home was very comfortable and spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable. The host was very responsive and kind, they set out baby essentials for us. I will note that like many older Charleston homes, the walls are thin. Our family did not end up sleeping well because of the people upstairs partying on the deck until 4AM. I recognize that this isn’t our host’s fault and it was a holiday weekend but even with sound machines we couldn’t sleep.
Really enjoyed our stay! Very good price, and very good location. Wasn't too hard to get in to, and pretty much the entire downtown area was within a walkable distance. Nice neighborhood and the place was clean and pretty!
