The house was glorious! Clean, wonderful neighborhood, and right down from huge attractions (King St., The Market, South of Broad). The house tended to be warm in general. We found that turning the thermostat down (while also closing blinds, windows, etc.) did not lower the average temperature of 76-78. We understood that it is the middle of 100-degree July, but four hot people needed something a little cooler. It was also *slightly* pricey for a Mon-Wed arrangement. Otherwise, the place was absolutely perfect and in a good location.
Great place! I would definitely stay again. I knocked off 1 star because the freezer wasn’t closing and a whole ice cream cake (for a birthday celebration) melted. I had to get another cake. The host was super responsive and sent someone out to fix it same day within an hour; however, the cake was already ruined.
Great set up for a girls’ weekend! King room has en-suite bathroom. There is a full bath off the kitchen and another full bathroom one level down. King and 1 Queen room are on the main level. Twin beds and other Queen room are on the upper most level. Location is perfection- surprisingly once you turn off King st it feels quiet and peaceful. Lots of great amenities included such as soaps and shampoos and makeup mirror. Wish we could have stayed longer!!
