We chose this property for the balcony and porch, but noise and dust made them unusable. Access was also difficult due to construction vehicles, including blocked driveway access.

The host acknowledged the ongoing disruption and complaints to the city, but this was not accurately reflected in the listing. I raised concerns during the stay; no alternative accommodations were offered, and follow-up did not occur as promised.
