Our rates have been REDUCED and DISCOUNTED to reflect the additional noise that can occur during this neighboring project.

Potential for Noise: Due to the home’s historic character and close proximity to all the city has to offer, some road and city noise may be heard. White-noise machines are provided in each unit for your comfort.
