Set in the heart of the city, you’ll be just steps from Charleston’s best dining, shopping, and historic landmarks. Enjoy the perfect mix of lively city access and a peaceful escape, complete with a private garden that makes your stay feel both connected and serene. With one home offering 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and the other featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there’s room for everyone to spread out while still staying together. Managed with care by YOURPAD Vacation Rentals. We manage a large portfolio of properties across the Lowcountry. Once you experience our hospitality, we’d love to welcome you back again in the future. Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address! *PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT PETS* If bringing a pet, please inquire prior to booking. A $150 pet fee will be applied and charged at time of booking. Based upon approval. THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL AND LICENSED BY THE CITY OF CHARLESTON. This Airbnb does not have beds for 16 people. The listing shows bedroom #6 with a sofa bed, and there was no sofa bed. The bedrooms altogether sleep 13. There are 2 couches and a daybed in the living areas, but who wants to sleep on a couch in a living room when 16 people are staying in a house? I was told 16 would fit in bedrooms. One of my friends ended up getting a hotel because the house was too cramped. I expressed my concerns with the host and airbnb support 29 days prior to the stay, and they were no help. Among other issues, the host told me they would let me know when the house was ready, they did not and it was ready before 4 pm. The bathrooms at least were clean, but there were marks all over the walls in the living areas and potential mold coming from some of the vents. I counted maybe 4 pieces of art in both houses combined, yet it was "completely refurnished by a local Charleston designer". Place is way overpriced, and would not recommend renting from YOURPAD.
Amazing place for a large family to stay. Great location close to King St, very clean and spacious.
Michael was an amazing host from the get go! He was super responsive and informative of Charleston and the things to do there! My group of friends and I all really enjoyed the stay and were able to make incredible memories thanks to the help of Michael. We also had a couple maintenance issues (none of which could have been predicted on either party) but Michael had them resolved immediately which was so amazing! I couldn’t recommend Michael as a host more and the place was absolutely beautiful and fit the aesthetic of the occasion! Thank you so much Michael and we can’t wait to come back!
