Before we booked our stay, I asked the host if the hot water issue had been resolved and the host assured us that it had been. It was not. Hot water lasted about 5 minutes and then went cold. We notified the host and they said that a tech would come out that morning to fix it. The host never followed up with us to let us know whether or not it had been repaired. So, we tried it when we returned and it still wasn’t resolved. We reached out to the host about it and they said that the tech came out and resolved the issue, but it was not resolved. In conversation with the host, Yourpad, they shared that they’re a property management company. They didn’t seem interested in resolving the issue and when we requested a refund through Airbnb, Airbnb support informed us that the host rejected the refund. If you enjoy hot, or even warm, showers do not stay here because they have issues with the hot water. Avoid!" (2/5)
