We had a blast staying at this Airbnb! They are super responsive and very accommodating to needs and requests. Would definitely stay here again it was a great location and perfect for our large group!
We stayed at this Airbnb in Charleston for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party. We chose this Airbnb due to all the previous 5-star reviews but after our stay, I am unsure how this property earned such high ratings. Pros: - Conveniently located. - Hosts accommodating with allowing early check-in and hibachi dinner on property. - Ample space for a large party of 12 with 7 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. - Kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels, AC worked well, comfortable beds, and fans in all rooms. Cons: - Noisy at night due to location. - Home not well maintained: rotting wood, loose tiles, windows painted shut, fire hazard, and broken closet doors. - Pest control issues: multiple palmetto roaches, termites, spiders, and we woke up to flying ants in our bed. Host offered a "spot check" but we felt the issue was an infestation versus a one time occurence. - Poor water pressure and lukewarm water upstairs if others are showering. - Hosts did not honor late check out request that
